Wanted website designer/developer; Major site on an equity basis

We are looking for a competent web designer/developer for or a new significant website. It has substantial growth potential worldwide; Launch UK first then USA. I actually came up with the idea and did the business plans over 10 years ago and had my chartered professional institute supporting it as well as Natwest London IT dept said it had merit and stood a good chance of success and Ordnance Survey were also coming on-board. We spent a year on it but the designer I was using turned out to be totally unreliable so I had no choice but to shelve it until now. I'm a past winner of the National Business Awards for Bright Business so we are quite genuine about the potential that it will certainly be a major site. There is still nothing like it yet! We have a full business plan and the figures realistically show substantial multi £m profits This is offered in return for an equity stake.
