Please Create A Script Generator For Me

I am looking for a script generator to create a script that can retrieve information and images from an external site, resize the image, and output a self-contained result that includes the name of a product, the resized primary picture of the product, a link from the resized primary picture of the product to the product's provided page, and the price of the product at the time the page is loaded and the script was run. In other words, a 'buy button'. This script should be able to append the following text: "?affiliate_id=549120", without quotation marks, to the end of the URL. Essentially, I wish to be able to copy the URL of a product on a specific store (this one: [login to view URL]) and get a script creating a nice 'Buy Button' style result for the product that I can paste directly onto my site, ideally resembling the draft in the image I've included.
