Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Position Available Immediately - Employer is based in Mountain Time Zone. Average 8 hours weekly for trial and training period (An event-based business, depending on the number and type of production the actual hours could range upwards to 20). Future possibility of additional hours and/or expanded role as seasons pass and the business grows Actual tasks may include some unlisted tasks. This position is unscheduled, requiring the contract worker to complete tasks by self-initiating and prioritizing tasks and their completion cycle. It is best suited for someone who enjoys working independently and can sufficiently initiate and prioritize their workday to complete the tasks in a timely fashion. Most tasks will be completed online or with technology. There will be a scheduled standing weekly video-call to establish work priorities, and discuss upcoming needs etc. Description of Business We offer Movement, Vibrational Sound, Musical, & Ritual events, classes and workshops locally, nationally and internationally to support personal development, embodiment, and spiritual growth. The office work is seasonal which results in lower and higher needs and level of office involvement. Work load can range from 5 - 30 hours a week. Requirements for Telecommute: Hardware: Computer with video communication capacity Strong and reliable Internet Connection Software/Apps: Required: Google Drive/Docs Facebook Account Desired: Trello Canva Skills Required: Independent & Self-directed Problem Solving Strong Communication skills including email, and in-person, writing Computing skills to include data entry, navigation, and general computing upkeep Social Media Marketing – i.e. Facebook, Twitter, linked In, Instagram Class & Workshop Support Event Production Skills Desired: Software skills (moderate to high understanding) to include Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite, google docs, Basic Bookkeeping understanding, input and tracking Constant Contact (Email communication marketing program), data entry, contact updates Required Tasks Receive and respond to emails Receive workshop registrations Communicate through Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, Maintain contacts database Maintain partners database Maintain student records Communicate, guide, support my needs to worldwide producers to do their jobs Assist with schedule maintainence (Website, Calendar, 5Rhythms Global etc.) Make flight/travel arrangements Light Graphic design - posters, flyers, etc Make periodic facility reservations/logistical details Make purchases (print materials, workshop supplies etc.) Post events on Website, 5Rhythms Global, TaosLive, Taos Tempo, Retreat Finder, Find The Divine and other online events listing sites. Dance Hi, I am looking for a long-term part-time job. I work 4 days a week, having Wednesday , Thursday and Sunday off. Your advertised position sounds like the volunteer job I had previously, for 10 months, after I finished uni. I worked as a virtual admin/ assistant, ended up as a team-leader. I had to design flyers/leaflets, monitor and manage the web-development team, test web-sites, train new volunteers, manage the data-entry team, update google docs and have weekly Skype meetings with my team. I also had to sort CV-s and keep contact with clients and employees via e-mails. I have a BSc in Software Engineering / Business Info Systems and an NVQ in Business Admin. I am in London so it is a different time zone but I dont see it as a problem. Also I am on holiday until next weekend, I am only available from the 20th of August.
