I need to find a partner-programmer to launch my new start-up project, are you interested to work with me here in Prague/Czech Republic. Sitting together in one place.

As I introduced earlier, I am launching my new start -up innovation project oriented on sport disruption. what do I look for is to find a partner, person who is skilled in programming and teach/lead me in process of launching website similar to Airbnb. I know what I want to achieve, i have my concept, templates, but I need to connect things, ideas, portfolio together and create some concept that I will than present for fundraising and to people. Person who want to work with me, should come to the Czech Republic or we can work together in different country but the importance is to do things together on daily basis, meaning no freelancing, but rather being partner with me and have either profit from overall result or get some sallary. Czech Republic is better for me because I am originally from here and have here everything set-up and cheaper. If going abroad than prefer easy going and cheap countries where I can also do my things like sport, travelling, going out, meeting people, no problems with religions etc. Person who wants to work with should be also proactive and smart to have its own ideas how to improve things and responsibility to be part of a company.
