frontend developer needed for a website (template and wireframes are provided)

Deadline; 15 days to the templates (+ 15 days of smaller work load to help the back end developers on issues while integrating the back end with the front end) I'm needing to hire a developer/team to help finalizing a web application. The application is written in Flask and it is deployed on the Heroku. The templates are generated in Jinga2, which is very easy to pick if you already work with HTML and bootstrap. Three developers will be working in this Project: Me, a back end developer and a front end developer. This posting is for the front end development. If you know someone you like to work with, for the back end development, feel free to suggest it to me. The website is meant to be used for managing team members and clients. Bellow the list of what needs to be done, for more information, I'll need to send a Non-Disclosure agreement to be signed. To simplify things, the scheduling system and payments is from a third part online service. The online chats is also a third part service (PubNub). Both can be customized using our own CSS What is already developed: - Dashboard base template (it was started from a very well written Bootstrap bought template, it contains the greatest part of the divs, classes and styles that we will need) - Project base template - The Home page and no-Dashboard pages will be inspired on the current version of the website, which was written in Wordpress. We also will buy a clean and well written Bootstrap template for this part of the website. What we will need in order to finish the project: - Some CSS customization - Team members' dashboard: ----- Complete projects page ----- Meeting Room with Real Time Collaboration ----- History of projects ----- Payments / upcoming payments ----- Calendar ----- Edit Profile / account details ----- Team Member Request Board - Client’s Dashboard with the following pages: ----- Dashboard home page ----- Projects ----- Edit Profile / account details ----- Calendar ----- Meeting Room with Real Time Collaboration (same as team member’s, the meetings will be within client and team member) ----- History of projects - Admin Dashboard ---- Page to Access all projects from all moderators / users ---- Page to check payments and upcoming payments of all team members ---- Page to fire pre-written e-mails for team members/users ---- Page to manage profiles and promote permissions, including creation of new administrators ---- Page to manage Team Member Request Board ---- Scaffold a page for collecting all data (Note: please bare in mind that the dashboards for client, team member and admin have very similar functions on many parts. The developer must be comfortable to make pull requests and receive code reviews. The templates may be thought on a modular way, considering that the Header, nav tabs, footer, menu will be repeated on every page. We'll try to keep a pull request for every 2 days or on the completion of new features. The templates may be delivered with placeholder data for approval. It will be great to have a developer that is comfortable using Flask/Jinja for the where we'll be integrating with the back end.
