Creative person required to develop new UI for existing website - CSS/HTML

SUMMARY ------- I have a job website - Westmeathjobs.ie. I need you to implement its new UI. You can see an outline of the new UI here: [login to view URL] Your design needs to keep the same feel and style as this outline. I would also like there to be consistent spacing between elements. You need to use bootstrap. The UI needs to work in Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer 11, and Microsoft Edge. It also needs to be mobile friendly (responsive). You will need to implement the UI on 28 pages. This covers every page in the existing website. You will have full access to the existing website.
