Introduction: We are a leading company in the field of Mineral Commodity Import-Export and are looking for a competent software development person to help us design, develop and implement a Business Intelligence software solution. The software must be built using the Laravel PHP framework and should be able to gather, store, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights that can help drive our business decisions. Project Scope: The proposed Business Intelligence software should be able to provide the following functionalities: Data Integration: Ability to integrate data from multiple sources such as CSV, Excel, SQL databases, etc. Data Warehousing: Ability to store and organize large volumes of data in a structured manner for easy access and analysis. Data Visualization: Ability to present data in a visually appealing and interactive way using charts, graphs, tables, etc. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data using various statistical methods and generate reports that can help us make informed business decisions. User Management: Ability to manage user accounts and access levels to ensure data security. Scalability: The software should be scalable to accommodate future growth and additional functionalities. Technical Requirements: The proposed Business Intelligence software should be developed using the Laravel PHP framework and must meet the following technical requirements: Responsive Design: The software must be responsive and work seamlessly across different devices and platforms. Data Security: The software must be designed to ensure the security of data and prevent unauthorized access. Integration: The software must be able to integrate with third-party applications and tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc. Performance: The software must be designed to perform well even when handling large volumes of data. Proposal Submission: Interested software development persons are invited to submit their proposals in response to this Request for Proposal. Proposals should include the following: Overview: An overview of the proposed solution, including the approach, methodology, and timeline. Technical Requirements: A detailed list of technical requirements that the proposed solution will meet. Project Cost: A detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the development and implementation of the proposed solution. Developer Profile: A brief introduction of the developer, including his/her experience in developing similar software solutions. References: Contact details of at least 2 previous clients who can serve as references for the company. Submission Deadline: Proposals must be submitted by 23/03/2023. Late proposals will not be accepted. Selection Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Technical Capabilities: The software development person’s technical expertise and experience with the Laravel PHP framework. Cost: The overall cost of the proposed solution. Experience: The software development person’s experience in developing similar software solutions. References: The quality of the references provided by the software development person. Approach: The proposed approach and methodology for the development of the software solution.
