Registration Module

I go through your attached document for the registration page. There I found the Signup Form with fields mane which employees need to fill up like, The Type of beneficiary field, Documents required details, Formula for Beneficiary classification, Social Researcher (sr) Dashboard, Application/ task assigning process and at last Beneficiary Dashboard. As per my suggestion In Documents required field need to add multiple upload fields. So the employee Id proof image, Birth certificate image Salary slip image etc can be uploaded to the registration page. After all field fillup, you can add a survey field through which a report will be generated after survey the document of each employee. If you want to add this field I am expertise to do this. Previously I also did this type of registration form. In this, I did user photo upload field and attached document upload field. To do this I used Azure which very fast to upload the file. To do that I used blob storage. Blob storage helps in Serving images or documents directly to a browser, Storing files for distributed access, Streaming video and audio. By adding a mail sending formula in registration create button click event, the SR can notify immediately through email when registration completed. By creating a template of the registration form in pdf and attached into the mail coding part during notification send the SR can directly print the application along with all the attachments.
