build me a PSD to HTML5 responsive Coronavirus WEB Tracker and Web App

Hello i am looking for a creative developer that pays attentions to small details, know that whoever makes my design into code if they do not do it 100% pixel perfection the job wont be accepted. I built an API coronavirus tracker and i need this module to be implemented into part of my website, the UI is self explanatory. The Graphs, This are the module graphs located on this website This are the charts i want to use [login to view URL] The map [login to view URL] and the daily, active, confirmed, recover and deaths graph with number per day and total same as this graphs here you can see example here [login to view URL] and this is the website [login to view URL] I want all this graphs to be updated realtime based on my API statistics, i also want make sure the total number of new cases shows up with a percentage meter and the graphs are updated as well realtime showing the total cases. the web version is attached to this job description.. i am under heavy time crunch so i need this project to be completed asap, if you are to be awarded the project you cannot be delay no matter what. So what you need to do: 1.-Build the module for my current website. 2.-integrate my API with all the functionalities my API needs 3.-website should be responsive | into web mobile version as well 4.-The API should include not just world data, but also states and prefectures of the following countries, USA, China, Japan, Mexico, Brazil. 5.-build a Web App the user can download straight from the website Coder should be familiar with API, html5 responsive design, most be a good designer with pixel eye skills, understand mondodb databases, clusters, etc
