Searching for a panjabi native female to translate from English (text) into Hindi (audio recordings)

We are a group of volunteers involved in social work and we often need to either clarify situations or explain certain difficult topics to Indian nationals living abroad who are not fluent in English and are also facing a tough economical and/or social situation. So we are exploring the idea to make our written communications available to them as an audio message that they can listen to in their mobile phones. In order to do that, we need an estimate budget and a sensitive person who can explain in simple but clearly understandable words a message from a social worker about topics which are very personal to the recipient. The technical aspect is as easy as it can be. Just a clear voice message recorded with a mobile phone in a quiet environment will do the job..
