WordPress Web & Graphic Designer/Developer- USA Based

Must be USA, UK or Canada Based Job Description: Real Legal Marketing is seeking a Creative Web & Graphic Designer with Wordpress Development Skill sets. Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience. Skill sets should include expert organizational and process-minded skillsets and expertise in web & graphic design specifically related to Wordpress CMS. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable Code and implement WordPress sites from Photoshop layouts and mock up concepts through to final functioning website. • Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites. • Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline WordPress development cycle. • Facilitate and assist in creating engaging graphic and visual designs for web, advertisements, email campaigns, social media re-theming as well as additional digital marketing initiatives. Requirements: (Note: Must have all of the experience listed below) • 3+ years experience working in web development/design and graphic design atmospheres • Comfort levels in Task Management Resources (Asana, Nozbe, Wrike, etc..) Organization and process-minded are must-have qualities. • Expert knowledge of WordPress • Strong knowledge of current web development languages (including HTML5, CSS3, PHP/MySQL) • Understanding of server-side technologies (WHM/cPanel) for staging purposes and site migrations • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time • Attention to detail Other skills a plus… • Familiarity and understanding with multiple digital marketing technologies • Expert Proficiency in Project Management • Understanding of Marketing Automation tools such as Sharp Spring, HubSpot, etc… • Familiarity with Javascript/jQuery, web server configurations (Windows and Linux) a plus
