We are changing and expanding our dental clinic business, and need to upgrade our business card design.
We are a large upmarket dental clinic, with large Chinese client-base, as well as English speakers. We have the latest modern dental equipment, and are known for our personalised dental care and experienced doctors and friendly staff.
Please redesign our double-sided business card for SO Dental.
Design must include:
Front of card:
LOGO, Space for doctor name, doctor qualifications, 'Dental Surgeon', Chinese name of doctor, telephone (02) 9413 1446, email address info@[login to view URL], website [login to view URL] facebook So Dental Chatswood
Back of card:
Your Next Appointment (allow for 4 rows of appointments, date/time)
Include comment 'Please kindly allow 24 hours notice of change in your appointment'

Other requirement:
We want to be able to easily distinguish the business card for our different doctors. The design should be the same, but please choose 10 different colours for our 10 different doctors - and show how this would look.

90mm * 55mm
Of course, please allow for bleed area, trim area, safety line
Attachments:
Logo to be used
Our old business card design (only for reference)
Example of new format we like - for inspiration
Final files is to be provided:
A layered, editable source file of the final design (AI, PSD, EPS or INDD) in which the fonts are not outlined
Editable PDF file (text fields to be editable in the PDF)
A print-ready PDF file with all the fonts outlined
All web preview images (JPEG or PNG)
Provide all free font files, or a link to purchase any commercial fonts used in the design
Make sure all files are saved in the CMYK color mode and 300dpi resolution.
