Trace a Homes Floor plan, add color and landscaping as the example shows. In addition to the Bailey floorplan, here is an example of a past project, these only take a very small amount of time to do. See the Grant Flyer, then see the finished product by taking that Grant Floorplan from it and tracing it to make the pretty 2-page colorful landscaping rendering of the Grant Plan. A 2 story home requires 2 pages made from the 1 flyer. Attached is "The Bailey" that you will take and make a beautiful 2-page color rendering of the floorplan. Please do not get excited, these are done very fast by our other designers and only cost us $20.00 each to do, but I have 20 of them so the job will be $400.00 for the 20. You must do 1 and I will then add to the job with additional plans. If you go to slow, we will stop. You must deliver 5 per day, $100.00 per day for 4 days.
