A tool that let users create animated presentations

Hello All! I hope this post finds you well. I want you to develop a website where users can create an animated story. I want these stories to have affective, for example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] These stories will be text only. No pictures. This tool will help people to share stories and content in interesting and fun way. It will be like a presentation, which mean that the user can make different affective for each page of his presentation/story. What are the website features? 1- Signup for free plan or paid plans. Free plan will let the user create only 3 stories per month. paid plans will be: A- 10 stories for (X amount) B- 16 stories for (X amount) C- Unlimited stories for (X amount) 2- When user signed up the user can start creating these animated stories through the website dashboard. 3- User can share the link of this story with his/her friends through social media. 4- User can download and save the story as a GIF. 5- User can see how many people has viewed his/her story link that has been shared with his/her friends. 6- People who viewed the link of the user story, can write comments (No need to for them to signup). 7- User can cancel or upgrade the plan anytime. Please note the following: 1- All the stories should be responsive and can be viewed in any device very good. 2- The dashboard should be very simple and everyone can use it without any experience. 3- If you don't have design skills or experience to make the affective, please let me know so we can hire a designer to help us on the project and do them.
