Sports Theme Based Tshirt Designing - Banter Box

My project is to design custom t-shirts with a sports theme for my business, Banter Box. I am looking for an experienced designer who can create shirts to capture the essence of the game. The design should be based on cricket and football, with a minimalist style. The color scheme can be selected by the designer, however we will be open to suggestions. It is important to use colors that effectively bring out the essence and mood of the sport, the club or the player. The design must be bold and visually appealing, and I expect that my designer use top-of-the-line technology and tools to ensure quality. Time management, attention to detail and quality work are key elements to my expectation and I look forward to any ideas and concepts presented. We will need high resolution files of the designed artworks in PDF, EPS, AI and PNG formats. It should be in vector format to allow us to produce replicated products and maintain the same consistency throughout. I would need at least 5 different designs to choose from.
