Redesign Our Folding Carton

We are looking for someone who can recreate our current folding carton (will attach picture later). It is our brand but we do not have the original files. There are some changes we want made between this old carton and the new design we want you to create. You will have a lot more autonomy and artistic license with this one than with the label since the old carton had almost no graphics at all on it. 1 - New Dieline attached: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2 - Current cutout on dieline is shown as a half-moon, but please change to the lion head with top half of the lion head cut our (solid line) and the lower half not cut or perforated. (LA0018089 with lion [login to view URL]) 3 - The CA Univeral Warning (attached: CA Universal Symbol) should be added to the front and sides of the box. 4 - The "Clean Green" logo (attached Clean Green [login to view URL]) should be added to one side of the box. 5 - Add "Skunkworx Pharms" logo (attached SWX Pharms) to the front and sides of the box. 6 - Put the new PMAs logo to the front of the box and the word "Ganja Sticks" in the new font to both sides of the box. 7 - Put the government warning on both sides of the box. These cartons will be printed by flexo so similar color separation and the proofing process will be followed as was done for the labels. We will have to run graphics by printer so they can request changes if necessary. File is preferred to be in AI format. Notice the background pattern on the current cartons. It is a black floodcoat with small marijuana leaves printed with a clear UV gloss. Please recreate.
