Redesign android game icons, launcher icon, splash screen, etc

I am the owner of a somewhat popular game on Android playstore. The game is a simulation / property, monopoly, GPS based game. I need a talented designer that can redesign all icons in the game, the winner will be provided the playstore link to browse through the game and redesign/create new assets. The estimate work is as follows: New app logo New app splash screen 14 new drawer icons 6 new menu icons 3 general icons 7 money icons 5 general reward icons 1 Map marker mascot for the game, life like, and of high quality You need to provide me with a portfolio link of similar work. Milestones will be setup as follows: Milestone 1: Logo (20%) Milestone 2: Splash screen (10%) Milestone 3: Mascot (30%) Milestone 4: All remaining icons (40%) If the work is of a satisfactory nature, all future work will be rewarded to you automatically. As we will need a semi permanent designer for minimum 1 design per month for promotional purposes. I need to stress that the offer needs to be accurate, if you need more information to make a accurate estimation you need to get in contact with me, not after the fact. Furthermore the only time I will award more money after the project is when the amount of icons etc exceed the above mentioned specs, and within reason.
