Rebuild/copy an existing website

We need a build of a website in Wordpress, based on my other website. The base website is [login to view URL] and the newly build website is called gasesonline.com. The design must include the following functions: - The colorscheme is red. Logos etc are provided. - Template build, paid or existing template can be used and altered after approval. - Company directory where the users can add products and brands to the their company profile. - Product directory - Brand directory - User logon. When logged on users can upload machinery on the Fore Sale section and add products and brands to the company profile. Only users associated with a company can register. - A registration for the newsletter. Mailster - Install https certificate - Design newsletter template in Mailster. See enclosed picture. - Sending the newsletter, Mailster with Bluehost - Responsive design - An agenda section. Uploaded events by webmaster - Space for advertisement - News section into categories. - Paid function for companies to upgrade their company profile. If visitors look for a product or brand then these companies are recommended. - A trending section for the most viewed news articles and company profiles. - Newsarticles. - Search function. - A column section. See layout. - A partner section. Logos must rotate in rank. Conditions: - All functions, pages and layout can be checked at [login to view URL] and must be copied to the new site. - Lay-out differences are accepted after approval. - Suggested paid plugins or themes will be paid by us. - Wordpress is already installed.
