Online Shop Category Design - Inspired by Impressionism - Website Mockup

Dear freelancers, We are currently developing an online shop for creative, elegant and high quality flower bouquets (so very art focused products). We have a demo HTML design and are now looking for a creative web designer who can push the site into the direction we are looking for (SOLELY design, no coding or implementation needed). You can deliver the work in PSD. Basically we are looking for somebody to design one shop category page - dependent on the outcome we would then also need web design for other page types. (for example we'd then also have a follow up project for a portfolio which showcases images of foto shoots we take). You can also create a new logo (if not, you can simply leave this space empty). I have a current version of the site in HTML - this I can provide (please find it attached). The site currently has a very subtle, clean design without character (which would maybe work for a cosmetic or fashion shop). But since we sell high quality flower products we need the site to be warmer. So still clean - but warm with character. We want to get this warmness and character by using painting elements from impressionism (mainly Monet - PLEASE see the attached briefing for this ; I have also attached some PNGs from Monet's work in case you'd like to use this). We also need the web designer to be well educated on use of font types - as that will be critical. So we are looking for the designer to add painting elements to the design - these elements can be "stolen" from original work by Monet or other painters, as there is no more copyright. So possibly banner patterns can be taken from paintings ; and we are also planning on taking larger parts of existing painting and then showing them in the footer. Basically we think it would be really nice to have the white background of the site "rip open" in specific parts, which then makes Monet's painting come through from below - so kind of like a canvas coming through the website (but that is just an idea) Please DO NOT make an offer without having fully read all the information.
