Online booking / appointment system

I need Online booking / appointment system Front end: there will be option to select worker , select service, select available date/time and enter customers name, phone, email and book the appointment (booking dates/shedule is setup in workers admin panel). After booking, the user will get a thank you message on screen + email with the thank you message (I want to be able to change that message in the admin panel). I wish every service can have different message. Admin will then check the appointment in admin panel , and approve it or reject (need to send another email that confirms it or rejects it - with reason why he was rejected). On the admin side : I need admin login (where I can add new workers) and workers login (where they can change their schedules and settings) Administrator panel: workers: Need the ability to add new workers and edit existing ones. Name, email, phone, address, password. Each worker can login with that email + password to workers admin panel. Worker panel: Dashboard tab: week or month view of free and filled appointments. List of bookings, with option to accept or reject booking/appointment. Services we do many different services, from which one takes 5 minutes, and some take 30 min, so I would like the option to create services which I offer, so when user selects a time of a service that is 30 minutes, he fills 30 min in the schedule. Each service can have different thank you messages. Schedule tab: very important for me is the schedule creation, we work different each day, and want customer to be able to create schedules for 3 or more months in front, so it would be good if each worker could create work templates (for example create a template named "first shift" that is from 8-13h and another one "second shift" that is from 13-19h). Then at the calendar view, I would like the ability to show whole month, and have empty check boxes for every day, select the dates that I want, and select template that I want to add to that dates. Can you do that ? Customer tab: list of all customers, with the data they entered when booking an appointment - with the ability to edit and delete. Settings Setup when reminder emails will be sent for each appointment (number of days before the appointment) This script will have changes in the future so I am looking forward to have a long term relationship with the freelancer. *time should be 24hour format *date dd/mm/yyyy
