Occasional On demand Remote Tech Support / Help Desk
$15-25 USD / hora
Needs to hire 10 Freelancers
We are a small IT company in need of remote support technicians. This position is on demand.
This is not a full time or part time position. This role is best suited for someone who has several other clients and projects going on. We will post remote support tickets or you may log into our phone system and receive the next caller who put themselves in que for support.
You may only get a few hours a week. Although, we have an advertising campaign coming out soon and will need a group of agents ready to accept the work.
Requirements:
US Based Only (Some exceptions may be made but please inquire with me)
Third Generation i5 or i7 CPU (2013 or newer PC or Mac)
Windows 7, Windows 10, or macOS
High Speed Internet Connection (25Mbps+ download and 5Mbps+ Upload)
The candidates must have a good overall knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
A router that can handle Quality of Service and handle VoIP (We need high quality phone calls)
Google Chrome
Webroot, Norton, or similar Internet Security Installed
The work may include the following:
Guiding the end user to reset and log into accounts
Malware and Virus Removal
Software updates
Basic network troubleshooting
One on one instruction
Setup email accounts in mail client
Installing our managed services RMM software
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Office
We will contact you once one of our clients is in need of support. Or you may stay logged into our phone system and the next support request in que will pop up for you to call.
We will handle payments and invoicing. Or you may direct end users to
