New Wordpress/Facebook Instant Articles Blog Design. BUDGET AUD$100.

I want to set up a new blog that is built in Wordpress and is fully optimised for mobile responsiveness and must be able to have an account with Facebook Instant Articles. I will also need something like WordApp or LeapFrog installed on it so that it can be used as an app as well. I want you to design a template for me, (in consultation with me), to create a blog that anyone can submit new material or articles or photographs to, and ideally I want it properly optimised for FB Instant Articles so I can receive advertising revenue from it too, and also so that it can eventually (budget permitting) be downloaded as an app from the App Store/Google Play. To begin with, this job is about designing the right structure for me so that it is ready to be built after it is designed, and making sure that Facebook’s requirements for everything to be perfectly optimised (the first 10 articles I think) are definitely met. My budget for this design work is AUD$100, (not USD), and if we get it right then we will also build it and launch it afterwards.
