Need a new logo

Need a cutting edge, modern, clean log for a new company. The company is called "Grow Too Fast. The idea is that every company WANTS to grow too fast, but they don't know how. So we provide training and consulting to help them "Grow Too Fast". In other words, we help them with accelerated revenue growth. The words "Grow Too Fast" should be on two lines since a single line would make the logo too wide. The concept of accelerated growth needs to be represented in some kind of abstract way. Speed and acceleration should be a part of the design. It needs to have a cutting edge look to it and nothing cheesey. This is only presented to CEO's, so please keep it cool and polished. Prefer classy blues and blacks, but open to other subtle colors, but nothing bright or neony. No cartoony look either. Requirements: 1. The deliverables must include a version of the logo in a scalable vector format. The logo must be provided in the following formats: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, PSD, and high resolution in PNG, JPG, and GIF and Web ready logo and finally a B&W version of the final logo 2. The deliverable must include a separate version of the logo which is converted to outlines to preserve the typeface. 3. Fonts used must be included along with the completed logo 4. Delivery of two distinct favicons, both including 256 color, 32x32 and 16x16 pixel designs 5. We expect to see multiple, unique designs before we will begin the process to approve the logo . The options should be very different in the concept stage. The designer MUST BE willing to make edits until we are 100% satisfied with the final logo work. 6. The logo must render well when printed on black and white/ grey-scale printers. Must be able to scale in printed and on-screen format in size. We can wrap this up in a matter of a few days as far as I'm concerned. 8. We retains all ownership rights. 9. If we like your work, then we will hire you again. Several website banners as well as brochures will need to be created with the new concept IMMEDIATELY upon completion of this project. Payment will be set up in escrow when project is awarded and delivered on completion of the project. Time to complete should take no more than a few days, depending upon iterations.
