I need help working on a webtoon.

Yeah basically I'm working on a manga webtoon. I'm looking for someone who is of my age range so I can communicate and work with them better (13-18) (basically teens). Drawing tablet/ Graphic tablet skills are required I'm not looking for someone suuuuper talented. I posted a few images from my webtoon for reference on how well you should be able to draw. I just need individuals talented enough to be able to draw like that. You must already know manga style. specifically the style in the pictures. Poofy hair, bright eyes etc. basically moe style. Each webtoon chapter has from about 6 to 15 panels. they are very short episodes actually. I can pay 100 for every completed panel. Ok so let me tell you the truth, I'm actually very very bad at anatomy. All of the pictures in the attachments, yes, I did draw them. But the basic structure of every character is traced from an anime screenshot or something. And the arms poses and all are referenced.  I'm not that talented with anatomy, so I want someone who can draw anatomy without tracing. Though I don't mind having a tracer too, cuz it's not like I'm not tracing anyways. I'm also terrible at drawing hands so that's something you'll have to do for me. I would be even more willing to work together if you used a specific app called "Autodesk Sketch book pro" for drawing. I don't wanna give orders, but I wanna work together, discuss together about the storyboard, think about how we can improve the story, everything together.
