I need to design single-sided post cards for two of the following prospect profiles: (1) people who may be looking to sell their property due to repossession and financial pressures; and (2) people who may be looking to sell properties they recently inherited after a loved one died and left them the property.
A more thorough brief for these 2 prospect profiles/post card designs is as follows:
Sellers at Risk of Repossession
Repossession is a very serious risk for home owners. If someone does not pay their mortgage (due to illness, divorce, being made redundant, mortgage interest rate increase being too unaffordable etc), the bank will repossess - with horrible consequences including: homelessness, black marks on credit rating, and many other bad consequences.
