Move Store From CRE Loaded to Magento -- 2

I have an existing CRE Loaded 6.5 website that I want to move over to Magento 2.8.1. I am open to the version of Magento to use, however I would really like to stay with the latest version. I already have the colors and the logo for the website I am just looking for a new design and the custom functionalities I have in the admin area built into the new platform. I have some template ideas for the new site and I am not opposed to purchasing a theme and having the developer install it. Most of what I need is available through extensions so a lot of custom coding will not be necessary, just making sure the extensions work with each other without any issues. There is some things that will need custom coding so an excellent understanding of PHP is Vital. I do not want any of the core files of Magento disturbed. This project would also include moving over the database of the existing customers, products, product images, attributes and other things of the current store so that everything will work perfectly on the Magento platform. I can work with you on all of this as I am very familiar with both platforms I just do not have 100% of my time to devote to this project. I can also handle the data entry or data migration if it keeps the cost down. I'm not looking for anything second-best!!! I'm looking for a one-of-a-kind remarkable website with close attention to detail. We work in a very niche market and so the website is very specialized for what we do. The website offers physical products, services and downloads. Ideally we are looking for a developer that has worked with CRE Loaded in the past and knows the inner workings of Magento very well. There will be design work involved in this website as some of the images will most likely need to be redone and the website will need new images for our products and/or services. You can choose to do this or I can do it whatever is easiest. The website currently has less than 250 products, services and downloads so it's not all that big. On this new website we will be using Tawk as the live chat module and this is available as an extension. I will work with the developer on this project where ever it is necessary and can help out when needed. Please take the time to read and understand what it is we are looking for before placing a bid. Ridiculous bids or people who clearly have not read the project description will be discarded. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will be happy to answer them for you. Please do not bid if you are not accessible when we need you. We need the ability to work closely with the developer so this project turns out the way we want it to. We also want to developer that can work on this project from start to finish without any other interruptions.
