Modern Web Designer Needed to Help Optimize and Improve Website

We are looking for a talented Graphic/Web Designer to join us in creating the ultimate real estate website saas solution. Our team finished the MVP and our backend is solid with an amazing set of tools for real estate teams, but now we need to tweak the front end to optimize it for users. And that's where a talented graphic designer is needed. Our website is thefreestone.com. You will notice that our colors and design are company oriented and our theme is a bit entertaining. But now we are ready to make the design more serious and more universal. By more serious, we mean to make the design more professional oriented and less "Gee, selling a home is fun." And the design needs to be universal so it can work with any real estate company - whether their colors are blue/orange or neon green/purple. We are looking for someone who wants to fit in with the team for the long run. By being a part of a startup (at least this one), you'll have a rare opportunity to go BIG! We make no promises, but we are serious about winning as a team. And by the way, Working remotely is culturally something we plan to maintain. It's how we plan to work as a team with the greatest talent. Here are a couple of absolute requirements. 1. You must not be an agency. Please don't even try. With every job posting we put out, we always get half a dozen agency apps. But we immediately reject them. We only want Independent Freelancers - because we think the long game. 2. You must submit a behance/dribble or related public portfolio. A google drive or cloud drive will not work. We need a public portfolio because they make it easier to spot fraud. We go through hundreds of applications, so please make it easier on us. 3. You need to be available to work hourly. Everyone on our team works hourly - at least for the first year. This isn't for you if you only work for fixed projects. And that's ok. 4. You need to be available to get started right away. We want to start changing the world asap! 5.
