Looking for a fresh, New Corporate Website Design

We are looking for skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to REDESIGN our Corporate Website. Currently site/design: [login to view URL] Target Audience: Business to Business (B2B). 35 to 60 predominantly male. Mid-managers to CTOs of our clients. This project is a part of our branding refresh exercise - where we REDO our website every 2-3yrs to ensure freshness and updated content. Being a technology company, it is imperative that the new design reflects cutting-end technology, a wow-factor design and user-interactivity. The new design will have a total of 40+ pages on our current site, based on 29-30 unique pages/layouts. Multiple layouts (of each page) will be needed to ensure a responsive website. We are looking for a contemporary designer, experienced in website designs, to create our new site design keeping in mind our branding guide (Download our branding - [login to view URL]) We are looking for 2 important skill sets: 1) A creative person with good experience and understanding of corporate wbesite layouts. A good eye for contemporary design, consistent styling, following UX standards is important. 2) An analytical designer who can understand how the design will be used and viewed by the audience. We are NOT looking for a person who simply knows the INDESIGN / Design Applications. We are looking for a Creative Artist. The designer is expected to recommend relevant stock images (if any), create illustrations, vectors, icons etc. as needed by the design. We will be happy to procure stock image licenses as needed. The final design / deliverable will have to be provided in Photoshop and Invisionapp. Our inhouse developers will be be converting it into a fully-responsive wordpress site. The whole project will be broken into multiple milestones/stages - all managed via our Project Management tool (Clickup).
