Old School Tees is looking for a long-term independent graphic designer to create graphical elements for our website and emails. These graphic elements include banners, hero slides, email headers, and product images. You will need to take the time to understand the customer demographics and brand aesthetics. The designer will need to have experience creating visually engaging and emotionally compelling graphic designs, with an ultimate focus on driving customer engagement. The designer is expected to work consistently to meet deadlines Areas of Competency • Collaborate with store manager to deliver content that is consistent with the brand creative vision and marketing strategy • Proficient in graphic tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong technical skills – Some HTML and experience with online shopping carts (BigCommerce) • Proficient in fashion/lifestyle image retouching and optimization. For example, you will need to use Photoshop to add t-shirts to stock images of models. Please note, due to the expected level of collaboration we are only considering designers that are located in the USA and are available by phone for occasional conversations.
