Design a unique website home page for a language school

We need a design for the home page of our website. More details and examples will be provided to people who we are confident can do a good job for us. We are experienced with the web so please ensure you understand the following: - design with UX and CTA areas in mind is important - designs should be image or photoshop (or similar), not HTML as our developer will create that from scratch. - we need to improve our online image, give the right impression and message. We want to show we are a trustworthy and knowledgeable, friendly education company, who run fun educational courses in different locations. - Ideally we want to show schools abroad or parents that sending their students to the UK, to one of our programmes is straight-forward and will be a great experience. - We can't / don't want to use or based a design on any existing template. We are looking for something simple, clean, clear and unique. If you can show something (an initial unique design idea, a reference to an existing design you have done) that shows us you can do what we need, that will help a lot. Initially we are looking for designers based in or near London or who are able to meet in the future (because we will likely have other design projects, including the rest of the website).
