Design and install 3 very simple wordpress web sites for me

I would like a very simple wordpress web site designed for 3 domain names. All very similar but with different graphics/icons. I would like you to: 1. Suggest a wordpress theme. 2. Set up the wordpress site on my Managed Server hosted by [login to view URL] 3. Install some plugins for me (Yoast SEO, Zopim Live Chat..etc) 4. Do all of the graphic design/content changes required. 7. Create some 1.3.4.5 step by step process guide animation/graphics to show how customers can use my services. 5. Make 2 forms - 1 to request a quote another to Start a job with a nice formatted email to me with the form output as well as an automatic email to the customer who complete the form with an email template i can provide. The form should also use Google Re-Capture function for anti-spam AND record the IP address of the person completing this form. 6. The web site should be SEO focussed/designed as this is a specific niche service i am offering with an exact matching domain name. 7. The web page will only require about 5 pages in total. 8. Install a blogs page called 'Recent work completed' that we can publish case studies of work we do on a regular basis. I would like these 3 similar web sites made ASAP so i can start adding the content to them then i would like your help with the graphic design work and getting the web site forms working with the desired email output format and customer automatic email template configured in a professional looking way.
