customise|re-design wordpress website and graphics work

I am in the fabric business. I sell fabrics and I am fabric merchant. I had a website live but due to errors and expansion, the website would crash. I have taken it down and now I need a new website building. I know what I want and how I want it and just need someone to design and create me the website. I have purchased alteration shop wordpress from theme forest and have installed it on the sever by host gator. Apart from website designing, I will need graphic for the same website aswell. I have had many developers work on it but due issues (beyond my control) it had to be stopped and started again. A long of money and time has gone into this and now it is time to finally wrap this. One of the unique features about my website is that customers will be able to buy any length they want. It can be from 1 meter. 2.45, 3.80 or 8.30 meters. All the website that are within this business sell set length like 1 meter, 1.5 meter, 2, 2.5, 3 and so on. I will have the option where if customers enter specific amount, it will generate them a price like a calculator. This plugin is called measurement price calculator. Unless you can find alternative or better plugin I will be selling items per meter and also per length. The difference is the when I sell per meter the calculator option will be on. When I sell via length, it will be a standard item with no calculator option. The only options will be the number of units they will want to buy. On the options when the calculator is on, it should say ‘select length’ on the product page and then it will take the customer into the single product page asking them to enter the amount they want to buy and how many units. Where the calculator is off, it should say ‘buy length’ on the product page and then it will take the customer into the single page asking them how many units they want to buy. I will need table rate shipping. As the item’s weights vary and total shipping price they pay will be at the checkout. I will need plugin where I set the rates. It will be different costs for 3 kgs to Indonesia and 3 kgs will be different to usa and if they later add another item then the price will be increase accordingly. You need to work in the child theme i will add the products and play around with the contents. i will need you to build the 'skeleton' of the entire website and apply some of the products and text and then once i am satistified and only then i will take the project from you and hand over the funds. please dont waste my time nor your time. read the entire doc and then bid only then
