I’m currently after a personal assistant/team leader. The person will have to be able to complete the below.
1. You will need to be able to lead a small team that is receiving sales & support calls for 3 businesses. Mobile IT Support, Internet Service Provider, Accountant
2. You will need to Manage the director's calendar
3. You will need to Manage the director – Make sure he is on top of things and remind him about tasks which need to be done.
4. You must Graphic design experience
5. You must be technically minded
6. You must be able to provide tech support for internet connections
7. You must be able Manage social media marketing with 3 posts a day
8. You must have billing experience – Customer Billing
9. You must be able to Website updates – WordPress
10. You must have WHM/CPANEL experience
11. You must be able to manage google AdWords and have experience
12. You must be able to think on your feet.
13. You must be able to put ideas forward which will help the businesses.
14. You must have a good internet connection.
15. You must have a IPhone
16. You must be able to be on call when there are busy times
17. You must be multi skilled and be able to take on anything thrown at you
18. You must be able to learn new skills on the go
19. You must have marketing experience and must have Australian marketing experience
20. You must be to be to the go to person for other staff and contractors
21. You must be able to speak English very well and be able to speak on the phone to customers
22. You must be available 8am to 7pm Brisbane Australia time.
This is a full time on going role. We are looking for someone long term.
We are not looking for someone who will just wait around until they are told to do something. We are looking for someone who will be proactive and that will push for tasks and take control and will treat our business like it is there own business.
Do not bid unless you completely understand what is needed and complete the above tasks.
