Create a jumble of men recent trip to London (Something to remember it)

I want to create a jumble of my recent trip to London with my girlfriend. I would give you all details of various places and elements to then either sketch by hand or on computer to look something like the attached image. The best way to understand what i want is to look at the image and you'll understand. Obviously the things you will draw will be different but follows the same style. Looking for someone who's willing to work closely as I want to get this perfect for her. Things I would want to include are landmarks, restaurant names, stations, certain buildings, street names, gifts, some cars etc things that remind me of the trip of which i will discuss a more detailed list with the freelancer hired.
