Create a Family Business Intranet, develop and design

* This is not a simple project so I’m only looking for a team of programmers or a company to do this, not individual freelancer. * The best is you have at least 2 high skilled programmer and at least 1 designer to do the styling. *As this is a high budget project, we will have to work on a contract as milestone payment will be given. *We require mock-up design before proceed to the actual development work. This website is private and only accessible by people who has login, it’s basically a family business intranet. It will have 5 main pages/section with different functionality. Using premade script is not able to achieve this so we are going to start from scratch. Below is the project brief, only apply if you are able to do this, we will discuss the specifications after your team is hired. Pre-login Visitors can register an account with their desired user name password, admin will receive email notification and manually approve their account and assign ‘account role’ to them, as well as a unique identification code for their account as a two-step identification. Once the account is approved, visitors will login using their username, password and the unique identification code given by admin. Home Page Dashboard: 1. News & Announcements 2. Events (with Calendar) 3. Special announcement 4. Notification (account specific notification, not everyone seeing the same notification) Family Tree Page: Similar to what Jamroom’s Genosis can do: [login to view URL] A genealogy chart of family members, once click the picture can see the full profile. Admin and privileged member can also edit and expand the trees. Business Page: A simple page with categories listing. Once open up the categories, will list down all the companies inside the category. Each company will have a page with their business profile (a full-fledged editor for admin to insert content like attachment, image and text). Chat Room: A chat room for all the members to chat together. Once open up this tab, can straight participate in the chatroom without logging in for asking for username again. Conference Tab: An event-like or RSVP page. Admin will post an announcement or event, it will then appear in a list. Two buttons will be display for each event, like Facebook “Going” or “Not Going”. Member who has access will then click on the button, then everyone include admin can then see who are going to this event with the names appearing below the event box. Account roles Admin should be able to assign custom role to member’s account. This role will determine what pages and content they can access. 2 main roles will be given. Normal member, can only view Family tree page and chat room. Committee member, can view and access all the pages. Sub Admin, can add/edit/remove content from all or certain pages set by System Admin.
