Convert a Template to a Website (Shasta Mountain Sport)

Hello and thanks for taking a look at my requirement, I want to hire someone who has experience using the Wordpress template “construction theme from WP Charming”? or something very close to it. (You will need to show me examples beforehand) I have a current web site but want to change the theme, add pages, pictures and more text. Word press currently hosts my site but need to migrate to another host. (I will only respond to bids that address my requirement specifically. If you send me a general message I will not respond. Thanks for understanding) (Also I will pay when project is completed and satisfied with work as a part of the milestones we establish). I am a professional and want to work with a professional. Here is the list of requirements and details: - I have a specific theme to use called "Construction" which comes from WPCharming this is a wordpress application - 6 or 7 main tabs with sub tabs - Approximately 20-25 total pages - English and Spanish page interface - Appointment/class scheduling and payment capability. (Classes and clinics are what will be scheduled with groups). - E-commerce capability (One of the tabs will point to products I sell) - PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IS CRITICAL so a bit of artistic skill will be important (graphic design). So good use of my pictures will be necessary. - I need a host but want an established, reliable hosting company - Photos may need some photo editing - I want to use a short video in the site to show classes. (In one of the Front Page Sliders) - The full use of my logo in full color - I want instructions on how to make picture and text edits to the site so I can make changes in the future. - Here are some images of the pages that was underway, but not completed.
