Build a Wordpress ecommerce website with Generate Press theme using Childtheme Statement and Woocommerce plugin.

I would like to have a website built, we have 15-20 pages of content and we will be selling two products at the moment, we will be adding many more. We are using the GeneratePress theme with Child theme Statement. We have all the accounts setup already and need the site to be responsive. We are having problems building the pages to flow nicely and funnel traffic into the checkout. This is a new site and is not online yet. We are still having photos taken and videos made. We would like to have a designer create a site that we can edit later by adding photos and videos to already existing pages. We do have an idea of what the site will look like but have not made any wireframes or screen shots of Photoshop canvases.
Since this is the start of the site we would like it to be easy to update if someone else takes over or we do it ourselves. We would like to be able to add our own products in the future once we have created them without going back to a developer.
We need someone who has worked with woocommerce and has customized the product pages and shopping cart as well as the store. We know how to use woocommerce out of the box but we would like it to look a little different. We have also purchased the GeneratePress premium package and would like it if the developer has worked with this theme before.
