I require a website building which allows:
user accounts to sign up and post content to it. content- photos/videos.
it needs to allow the users to set a monthly subscription cost, which can be changed at any point in their account settings.
it needs to give these users a referral link. so the can refer other users.
it needs to allow these users to send messages to their subscribers.
it would need to allow these users to send paid messages to their subscribers(e.g a photo with a padlock, when the other user pays for it, it unlocks and they can view)

it needs to allow users to register and sign up to a content creator account. on signing up to them it would charge them, whatever the content creator has set as their monthly cost.
It would need to allow them to message the user they are subscribed to.

payments would need to be done via stripe gateway.
