Data in User Accounts is personal and sensitive so security and security settings are requirements. The user will have to upload, update, share, chat on the site and via App, email or share data with other user accounts. This includes files and rich media. All pages need space for ad space on top or sides of pages. There will be a requirement to take payment for ad space, add logos and create HTML or text data. The page design should be bright, easy to see and simple by incorporating colors in Logo as a basis of contrast or for blending purposes. • User Accounts o Easy Sign Up – NO more than FOUR Fields to create account and login (Forgot password option) – user must designate Male or Female with a check box as one of the four fields. o Guest Access – 30 days – Limited communication, sharing, only system generated username, no social media o Password – At least one Uppercase Letter and a Number or Symbol required – 8 Characters Minimum o EULA checkbox o Ability to login with Facebook Account o Ability to add Email Address Book Contacts (All or Select) after login page – GMAIL, Outlook, Etc. o Account Settings - Management, Password, Security, Male or Female Avatar or Picture, Sharing, Email, Blocking email addresses/User Accounts, Disable Account o Connect with other users – request and approval o Chat while on website or App o Convert email to system generated account name – e.g. I am a male to with an email address that converts to M1. Next male email address would resolve to M2.  M = Male  F = Female  G = Guest – 30 Days – Convert to M or F with historical content as Guest converting automatically after becoming member  Sequential numbering  Ability to change system generated username to custom username – all resolve to email address login • Attachments o Docs upload to user account with sharing capability – Single, Multiple or Everyone (Public) o Rich Media with security o Links o Security layers for all – ties to Account Settings o Setting to read only, no copy or download as an option on user data  If trying to copy ask Guest User if they would like to request a copy from account holder o Upload capability – What is storage limitation – especially for rich media?? • Functionality o User Reviews of other Users - o Testimonials on Home Page – Admin only for Corp [login to view URL] o Auto response capability to first user account login  Additional auto response capability – Admin Use only o Ability to lookup business contacts (only visible to admin) by zip code or address o Chat while online – ability to email chat log o Ad Space  Banner ads, side bar ads, feature ads, CRM sponsored Ads  Ability to buy AD Space directly (Period of time, AD size, discounting) • Database – MySQL, .Net, What else???? o Security based on Account Settings and Admin for [login to view URL] staff o Reporting - Admin only for Corp [login to view URL] o Querying Data - Admin only for Corp [login to view URL] o API Capable o Payment system – credit card, ACH, billing (monthly, annual, discounts) – ties to Quickbooks initially – PCI compliant o LAMP? o ASP.Net? o Speed o Account renewals? • Graphic Design (Site and App) o Use existing logo’s o Simple and light colors o Easy to navigate and search o Mobile App – Company logo but simple Icons with easy access to website functionality • Social Media o Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc icons on each page – low key icons (side bar) o Invite contacts from initial Guest user account creation.
