Build A Website

I don't need hosting, just a web page designed and built. This will be used in a commercial site so I will need to retain ownership of the source and any images cannot be protected by copyright limiting my use of them. I value communication and honesty. I do not believe in blame for mistakes as we can learn from them together. The page will hold static content that will be animated to tell a product solution story. The common style that has pictures and text moving in and out of the page as you scroll will be preferable. I can supply the text and company logo, but you will supply stock images and supporting design art as needed. The "Story" will start with the company logo center screen. On scroll, a collection of quotes from business leaders and software developers giving alternate viewpoints on the same issues will come into view and exit in pairs. "Exiting" will appear visually as though they have been absorbed into the logo. There will be 5 pairs of quotes. Images of people used need to reflect diversity in culture and gender. On further scroll, the view will zoom into the company logo's whitespace where one-by-one images will appear in specific positions on screen with the company name in the center. I will not be able to supply these images up front, so any image should be as a placeholder. Further details will be shared with the successful bidder.
