We are a fitness/ personal training company who need a Website built. Company Name- A&C Fitness Location- St. Annes GAA Club Tallaght A&C Fitness is a company established by personal trainers Adam Nestor and Cian McMahon. Through Personal Training, Group Training & Nutritional advice our aim is to help people achieve their Health & Fitness goals practically and sustainably. About the trainers section: Adam Nestor- Fitness Background? I’ve played soccer all my life (let’s just say I’ve had more clubs than Robbie Keane, each new club obviously being a dream come through!) Last year I graduated from ITT with a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Science and Health and I have also recently become a Level 4 Qualified Personal Trainer, Level 3 Qualified Group Fitness Instructor and a Level 3 Qualified Gym Instructor with Image Fitness Training. As well as playing soccer I have also done some coaching, I have spent some time travelling around California, Arizona and Nevada coaching kids aged 3 years old up to 18 years old. Why you got into Fitness? 'I have always been involved in Sport but the main reason why I have decided to get into the fitness industry is because I used to be extremely overweight. Taking an interest in Fitness and Health gave me the knowledge to not only look healthier but feel 1000% better about myself. 4 stone less with some added muscle mass I now feel like I can pass my knowledge and experience on to people looking to make a change. Cian McMahon- Fitness Background? Recently qualified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor & Fitness Instructor with Image Fitness Training. My sports background would be in Football, Gaelic, Hurling, Badminton & Basketball. I played with Shamrock Rovers at schoolboy level and have played with various clubs around Dublin. I have spent some time coaching in primary schools & Football coaching at senior level’ Why you got into Fitness? Having struggled myself with weight issues on and off for a few years I feel I’m in a position mentally and physically to show people how they can lead healthier happier lives by making some small changes. I began to take an interest in Health & Fitness and the more I learned the easier it was to shift the weight & to keep it off. Now I would like to pass on my knowledge and day to day I would love to find myself in a position where I can add value to people’s lives through what I have learned.
