Build a simple website based on the site map provided, likely using a WordPress template, keeping it as simple as possible in the beginning. The business is B2B (a small number of professional investors, mostly through word of mouth) and as such the website is not a conversion tool but rather an online presence/'brochure'. It will be designed to appropriately position/confirm our experience, expertise whilst of course telling people what we do/who we do it for, etc. Information about the business The business is a property development, advisory and investment management firm, building on 15 years work in the industry. We assist clients - investment funds, high net worth investors, wealth consultants, property developers - with their investments in international property. Essentially clients wanting to invest in international property are looking to us to be their advisor and to manage property developments & investments on their behalf. So we want to have a professional, modern/contemporary and 'serious' look, feel, tone that helps build trust and positions us as the client's trusted partner for their investments in this market.
