Build me a Web UI/UX (Modern and minimalistic)

I am willing to build a web application for pharmacies. I do have the sketches of the UI screens that I want. (5+ Screens but have several components).
The project is a web application that saves medical prescriptions and prints the prescription and also view previous prescriptions.
Parts of the Application are
1. Prescription Reader Interfaces
2. Point Of Sale Interfaces
3. Admin Panel Screens
UI MUST be:

* Great with Modern & minimalistic designs (Should follow a common set of standards through everywhere)
* There should be a good UX and animations and you will need to guide me with the animations and ways that it improved user experience.
* I will also suggest the User Experience improvements at first stages, but your goal is to provide me with a far more improved user experience than I suggest.
* I will also present you with my UI screen sketches, but the screens that you provide should be made thinking of the ways to minimize user-activity giving it more simple to use.
* Components should be reusable where possible.
* Navigation between screens should be in the design.
* Screens : Desktop, Tablet Screens
* I STRICTLY WANT the design that is in the following sample designs. (No other types of designs patterns will be preferred.)

This is an ongoing project and I want to keep you for a long time.
