[URGENT] Landing Page Design challenge - ongoing work for an international

Project Description: We are looking to hire 2 freelance web-designers immediately, starting from Monday, 24 February, 2014. The primary role will be to create PSD files for UI & UX of our website landing page (no coding required). The website is a platform to find local service providers, presently running operations in UK. The responsibilities as a freelancers will be: 1. Delivery of PSD documents for landing page designs - you will be working on landing page designs closely with our product team, who will provide detailed thoughts, ideas for elements, spatial arrangements etc, which you will have to convert into UI designs. 2. Documentation and communication of UI to developers - you will be expected to give full details and assets of the UI to the developers (including image, colors, fonts, positioning, UI fluidity, and all such aspects of the design so that a developer can create the page independently) We have a great working atmosphere with some brilliant people. If the mutual arrangement works out, we can offer significant incentives and full time roles to good candidates. Your responsibilities: - Translate business and user requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts - Conceptualize, design, and develop the User Interface/User Experience as well as the overall look and feel of web pages - Create designs including sketches, visual design mockups, visual assets and documentation required for proper implementation - Incorporate user interface design standards across the website, as needed
