Looking for Exceptional Designer to reskin current site -- Ongoing work. Liberal Pay

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS OUR PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS ARE VERY SPECIFIC. Our pay scale is liberal but our requirements are rigid. GRAPHIC DESIGNERS or INTERNET MARKETING DIRECTORS may apply. This is a re-post of a previous project as originally we had posted a single post looking for programmer/designer, but after reviewing the applications, we are looking for someone who will specialize in just Graphic Design to achieve the level of aesthetics we desire. This is our current smallest project, and if satisfied, the awarded applicant will be the beneficiary of ongoing work through our growing company. We have hundreds of hours of graphic design work beyond this project, and seek that special individual to work with us on upcoming projects. Our Ideal Candidate ----------------------------- 1) Strong Communication skills and quick response times to communications. 2) Regular and predictable hours. 3) Award winning graphic design ability. We expect our websites to stand out with clean and attractive graphics, but not look like it was a modified box template. 4) Basic understanding of user interface layouts and marketing -- Not only must the site look good but easy to navigate and look good on most platforms. 5) Communicate on Skype and be willing to talk via Voice when necessary (although for most work chat and email will be fine) 6) The individual need not code the site as we will contract another freelancer to convert the mockup to integrate with the backend. 7) Passion for graphic design and producing something special. 8) Ability to follow explicit directions, but also the initiative to suggest new and creative ideas. 9) Love of collaborating with other individuals to achieve something to be proud of. 10) Flexibility in Design as needed (although not a necessity on this particular project) 11) Grasp the overall objective of our projects -- Work unsupervised if necessary and present ideas and concepts which further these objectives. There are only two pages which consist of the bulk of the work – 1) The landing page, and 2) The team page (Java script) but the designer only need propose a new layout which we will have coded by our backend team. All the remaining pages should basically just follow the theme of the landing page. Our vision is that our poker team has a website which looks like a sports team or sports product website. Our clients are primarily Investors or Poker Players as we offer different services to each.
