Website Build (Joomla 3) and Logo for House Building/Extension and Interior Design company

Hi there, I am looking for a website to be developed for me. It is partly set-up. I just don't have the time to complete it. The theme template is set up (colour changes will be introduced). Some menus have been added. The site is on the latest version of Joomla 3. The site is house building/home extensions/interior design website. I need someone to complete the set up of the menus and to source high quality images to use on the site. I won't be providing the images. These images can't have swimming pools and what not, it is the UK, in specific Scotland. So expect some coming back and forth with images. I would also like you to set up slideshow galleries and contact forms. Preferably using Breezing Forms and Widgekit. You can use Lorem Ipsum dummy text to set up and lay out pages for me and these can then be amended by myself. I have an example website that you can base the design around. This is a very simple and quick job only taking a few hours to a couple of days for a good developer. A large part of the work had been done.
