Making a profitable niche affiliate website for EPN / Adsense

Looking for a programmer that can make a profitable small automatic website for EPN / Adsense.

It need to be able to auto generate ads on it from EPN within there TOS and it also need to apply to TOS Adsense.

No need to offer above budget, because we ignore that.
