Finish wordpress site

Hi there i have a wordpress site that i need completed within the next 12 hours. I would like bids only from people who are ready to start right now. You must be able to implement a consistent layout of pages across the website. I would like most of the content and headings to be Lorem Ipsum so that I can present the website to my friend and they can write the content according to the prescribed layout.
