Graphic Design for Internet Television Show

We require a skilled freelance digital artist to design a basic graphics look/feel asset package for a new American daily television show focused on pop culture and media that will be distributed online. For reference - the show format requires two hosts sitting at a physical desk set in front of a green screen background. The graphics work will include: 1.) Creation of a full screen animated background graphic that we can use to replace the green screen and essentially becomes the "set" of the show. This background will need to be rendered and framed for 3 different camera shots: A two-shot (two hosts in frame) A left one-shot (only one host in frame) A right one-shot (only one host in frame.) This will equate to 3 separate animated background Quicktime MOVS (the same background, framed differently) each approximately 30 seconds each. In regard to the background animation desired, as long as it is a logical part of your background set design, it can be anything that achieves the desired effect of the background not being "static" but instead feeling subtly active (not too active to pull the eye.) For example: color motion or something similar would be acceptable. 2.) A logo treatment for the show and a matching set of 5 - 6 simple but stylized icons that represent the different forms of media (computer, TV, mobile, etc.) The "design" we are specifically hoping to achieve is a smart, sophisticated, family-safe mass user technology type of look - Very similar to the type of design you see with Apple iPhone icons, logos and products. We would like to merge that type of design and look (which tends to lean toward background whites) with a more male-centric color vibrancy and intent. The roundness, thickness and 3D-like extrusion all contribute to a simple but sophisticated look. We need a total cohesive look. The theme of the show is about summarizing the previous day's major television, film, and social networking events so the graphics package also needs to speak to that overall communication. For whomever lands this job, there may be some continuing ongoing graphics work needed for the show for many months to come - so there is a possible opportunity that there is more work after a successful delivery here.
