Adobe to word – Small work - Urgent

I have a 3 page document in adobe format and that needs to be converted to word document. I have already typed the text in word already, now all you need to do is transfer the header and the footer and align the text appropriately and send me the new file in word document. You might have to do a bit of colour touch up with the logo as this original document is a scanned version. This is probably a 5 minutes work…. But I want is immediately, this is very urgent…
